ADDING BREAK-IN SERVICE TO YOUR ORDER VOIDS ANY AND ALL RETURN POLICY BECAUSE THE GLOVE WILL HAVE CLEAR SIGNS OF WEAR.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT HARD-SELL THIS SERVICE, NOR DO WE PROMISE THAT THE GLOVE IS “GAME READY.” THE GLOVE WILL BE “PRACTICE READY” AND THERE WILL BE SOME WORK LEFT FOR THE PLAYER TO DO TO COMPLETE THE BREAK-IN PROCESS AND MAKE THE GLOVE FIT AND FUNCTION PROPERLY.

THE GLOVE WILL NOT BE PULVERIZED AND MUSHY SOFT. IT WILL HAVE FORM AND STRUCTURE AND THE BEGINNINGS OF A TRUE POCKET. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A REALLY SOFT BREAK-IN, PLEASE LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT SERVICE.

Travis Anderson is a master glove technician and repairman at the Diamond Nation Baseball Complex in Flemington, NJ. His overall philosophy is that the player should handle at least the last 15% of break-in to make the glove properly fit and function on his or her hand. The Process: Some mallet work and manipulation of hinges and break points. The final field test will be putting the glove on the hand of an age appropriate player who will catch some balls to make sure it's functional.
