At Bradley Baseball we strive to make the shopping experience for you as worry-free and enjoyable as possible. Choosing a new glove and purchasing online can be overwhelming because of the inability to try different gloves on before you make a purchase. Because of this, we offer a worry-free, 30-Day return policy on all of our stock gloves. IMPORTANT: THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM GLOVES. At Bradley Baseball we allow you to purchase a stock glove and return it for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. You can return the glove if it is too big, too small or if you're just not satisfied with it. Out of common courtesy we ask that during the 30-day period you do everything possible to keep the glove in new condition. If you want to "try it" with some catching, please use a new ball. Please don't use any oil or conditioner until you are certain you are going to keep the glove. Do not do anything like: Hot Water Treatment, Steaming, and by all means, do not ever put a Bradley glove into an oven or microwave as this melts the adhesive and shrinks and destroys the lace. We cannnot accept returns of gloves that are returned in poor condition. Gently used is usually okay if the glove is clean.
