30-Day Return Policy on Stock Gloves

At Bradley Baseball we strive to make the shopping experience as worry-free and enjoyable as possible. Choosing a new glove and purchasing online can be overwhelming because of the inability to try different gloves on before you make a purchase. Because of this, we offer a 30-Day return policy on all of our stock gloves.

 

IMPORTANT: THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM GLOVES OR GLOVES THAT HAVE RECEIVED BREAK-IN SERVICE OR BEEN PERSONALIZED WITH CALIFORNIA GLOVE ENGRAVING.

 

At Bradley Baseball we allow you to purchase a stock glove and return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. You can return the glove if it is too big, too small or if you're just not satisfied with the way it looks or feels. We ask that you handle return shipping as a re-stocking fee and thank you for your understanding.

We ask that during the 30-day period you keep the glove in new condition. It's a "try-on," not a "tryout." Please don't use any oil or conditioner until you are certain you are going to keep the glove as this will void the return policy. Do not do anything like: Hot Water Treatment, Steaming, etc. We cannot accept returns of gloves that are dirty or show clear signs of wear.

ONE-YEAR WARRANTY

All gloves come with a one-year warranty against any and all manufactured defects. Laces are not covered under the one-year warranty.

Anything reported beyond one year will be considered normal wear and tear as a leather baseball glove will not last forever, especially if it's not well-maintained, cleaned and conditioned.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE ONE-YEAR WARRANTY.

  • Cosmetic damage: scratches or discoloration including natural fading of colors and embroidery threads.
  • Any damage caused by misuse or abuse either accidental or negligent including prolonged exposure to the elements of weather.
  • Gloves treated with steam and/or heat treatments.
  • Gloves broken in by Break-In Services other than Bradley Baseball.
  • Gloves overly oiled/conditioned.

 We are a family business and appreciate your understanding.
