Custom orders are made according to your designated specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, ALL SALES OF CUSTOM PRODUCTS ARE FINAL. Except in cases of egregious factory error, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any of our custom products.
Our customization modules (ie 'Custom Glove Builder) are tools that are intended for your convenience. Colors, textures, proportionality and detail do not necessarily reflect the exact finished product. We strive to make our customization experience as realistic as possible, but please understand that it is impossible to create a perfect rendering.
